Other fees you are responsible for paying when you move-in arec
1. Fire Insurance
In general the tenants must pay to join the fire insurance for your safe.in
case of earthquake and disasters. The amount is about JPY 10,000 yen`.
It is paid once when signing the contract.
2. Advanced Payment for the Rent
In general,
the rent is paid in advanced, therefore it will be paid when signing the
contract. If the move-in date is in the midway of the month, the payment for the
remaining days of the month and also the following month will be paid in
advance.
3. Key Exchange Fee
This may vary accordingly to the owner. This is to avoid troubles of the
past tenants making the copy of the key. Therefore, key exchange fee may
be asked to pay accordingly. The fee varies, but generally speaking it
is said to be JPY 5,500 yen`.

FPaying a less initial cost( just one month of refundable deposit).
FIts good for mid-term stay, ideal for less than 1 year.

FSometimes it can be a concern to share the common space with other housemates,
especially bathroom and toilet, kitchen space.
FIts sometimes difficult to stay more than 1 year.

furniture.

FPossible to stay short-term, monthly
contracts available, not recommended for leasing greater than 6 months.

FMonthly rent is higher than regular apartments,
due to convenience.
FDue to the convenient nature of monthly
apartments, you may find your neighbors are regularly changing and they may be
less concerned about keeping noise to a minimum.

apartment, but you may need to supplement these items by purchasing some cheap
goods.
FGenerally designed for solo living, monthly
apartments will give you limited opportunity to mingle with other tenants or
meet friendly Osaka locals.
